This Rwandan basket is crafted from strands of dyed sisal, coiled around sweet grass fibre to create intricate designs and patterns. Coil weaving, a technique passed down from mother to daughter, is considered the most challenging type of basket weaving.
The basket features a string attached to the back, allowing it to be easily hung as wall art. It’s also versatile, perfect for use as a centrepiece, fruit basket, jewellery or trinket holder, and much more.

CARE:
